anybody know of a program that can be used to set up reminders

preferably just a simple little program that starts at startup and sits in the system tray. OUtlook is great, but it only works if you remember to open it and leave it open all day. Other wise it will remind you of the meeting you were supposed to go to 2 hours ago 😛
