Anybody know of a motherboard with a 5x PCI multiplier?

iWill XP333 is supposed to offer a 1/5 PCI divider upon release.
And I presume you do mean PCI divider... as a 5X PCI multiplier would put the PCI bus at 830MHz at 166MHz FSB! :Q
