Anybody Know of a legit cell unlocking site?

I am trying to sell my hp ipaq 6515, but it is currently locked to cingular. I have been looking at 'cell unlocking' sites, but they don't really look legit and don't want to put my info. Can any of you direct me to one which you know is legit or better if you know how would you be kind enough to let me know? Thanks

Call Cingular and have them give you the unlock code. Tmobile gave me mine because I was with them for a while. I a hoping Cingular will do the same for you.

local shops charge $10 to unlock, maybe you can find a local place around you.

however, cingular should give you the code if you are out of contract. Call tech support and ask for an unlock code. You might have to try a few times, some reps won't know what you are talking about or won't bother to find out.

you'll need a non cingular sim to unlock it (insert it, power up and enter unlock code)
