my bois doesnt show the temps of my cpu and mobo so im wondering if you know a good program or a website that has one

i just want to know the temps of cpu either idle are active and my mobo

i downloaded that but i didnt know how to use it. there are alot of icons and benchmarks but still didnt know which one to click
