Anybody know of a fullscreen timer program?

I'm running a robot fighting competition and the fights are 3 minutes each. I can either use a stopwatch and yell "30 seconds left", or I can find a better way. I'm looking for a no-frills timer program that will display a countdown time fullscreen so the competitors can see it. It just needs adjustable time, pause, etc. It also has to be able to play .wav when time runs out. It'd be nice if it could do it at 60/30/15/xx seconds left too, but it's not crucial. If it looks like a neon-green 7-segment display, it's out.

Anybody? Thanks.

I haven't found a wav yet. Probably something stock. No, I don't know flash - but I have 5.0 from an old project.

All the software on the site is free. You do not need membersheep. I just downloaded the Bigclock myself.

Click on the top link, then when you get the Join Screen use te click here in the third line.

The download should start automatically.
If it doesn't, please click here. (Opens in new window)

Heh, fine print @ 1600x1200, and FF didn't start it automatically... I got fooled. Thanks!

Edit: Nuts, not that I wanted.
