Anybody know how to remove a laptop drive????? HELP?

Every Dell laptop I have ever worked on has a nice little slide-out chassis for the hard drive one side of the notebook, usually you just have to flip it upside down, remove one screw that's holding the hard drive chassis in, and pull up on the plastic cover then the tray with the drive should slide out after a firm tug to unseat the pins from the internal connector.
