Anybody know how to make coke?

Buy a box of the syrup that is used in soda fountains, and then find a cheap way to get carbonated water.
 
I bought the old soda fountain from this little ice cream place that went out of business, needs some cleaning and a little bit of mechanical work, but buying syrup and whatnot is wicked cheap, so I'll be set for a while.

Right, the syrup(we'll call that the base) can I make it? or does anyone know where I can get some free base?
 
These are mixed to produce 1 gallon of cola flavor. Four ounces of this cola flavor plus .5 fluid ounces of diluted phosphoric acid (one part 85% phosphoric acid to seven parts water), are used to flavor a gallon of high fructose corn syrup.
