Anybody know how to cancel a Yahoo hosting service?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to cancel a hosting account I have with Yahoo.

I've had the account for several years, haven't used it in at least two years, & am still being billed monthly for it. Every time I've tried to cancel it I've given up due to not finding anything.

Anybody know how I can cancel this without resorting to extremes (changing my CC number)?

I can change the CC number, I'm going to be closing that bank account anyway. I'd rather just close the account though.

I finally found a customer service number, we'll see if this works.

Apparently my hosting account is so old it doesn't show up under any of their online tools. I actually managed to get ahold of someone in their web servics billing group, she could see my account but couldn't cancel it (again because of it's age). I was given a number (408-349-3299) to call, they're not open for another hour or so yet.
