Anybody know AT&T/SBC's level 2 support phone number?

I've got a rather dire situation at work, and it involves the Tele3. If anyone knows this unit inside and out could you send me a PM? This is not a simple 'read the manual' situation.

UPDATE: I got off the phone with the ISP's Level 1 support and they weren't much help. I do have a case number now, can anyone give me the phone number to AT&T/SBC Level 2 support? This really looks like an ISP issue.

Nothing obscure or random about a specific number. I can only share so much as work-related info is sensitive.

It's up there now, escalated this afternoon. At this point it's just nicer to reach them directly than to have to call SBC's general number, go through the options, give the ticket number and ask for L2, but I suppose no big deal now. I used to have that number too, but that was over a year ago.
