I've got a 99 Wrangler with a Viper alarm and aftermarket power locks installed. When I had the alarm installed I had them put quick disconnects on the wires going into the door for the power locks. Since I've taken the doors off and put them back on the power locks have stopped working. I'm wondering if somehow the alarm has "forgotten" that it had power locks. Anybody know if that sounds feasible? If so, is there a way to get it to rediscover them? Any other ideas if I'm completely off base here?

The connections look solid, doesn't look like anything is loose. I'm probably going to take a voltmeter out there tomorrow and see if I get anything coming out when I try to arm the alarm.

First, you need to figure out if the problem is with the alarm or the door locks (or both). For example, are the locks getting power so that when you hit the door lock button on the door (from the inside of the car) do both doors lock like they should?

Aftermarket locks are just cheapo electric actuators, sort of like a solenoid. Two wires go from your actuator control box for your doors to your alarm unit. Usually one is brown and the other is white or black. One of these probably got unplugged..... check it out.
