Anybody Know anything about this EPoX EP-5P965+GLI?

I'm looking for a good mid-low end range motherboard for intel e6000. I won't be doing much tweaking, but maybe a little ocing in the future. Friend of mine mentioned this board. Anybody have any experiences or comments? Can't find a single review on it.
