Anybody know anything about central a/c. Mine is messed up.

It worked fine earlier today but now something is screwed up. The condensor fan runs but the blower doesn't when set to a/c. The blower will run when set to heat. If I change the fan from auto to always on it doesn't seem to change anything heat or a/c.

Its HOT 🙂
 
what did you have the cooling set at?

Its most likely froze up. Happens to alot of ac units. I would leave it off for atleast 2 hours. If not 4 hours then restart it.
 
Around 72 or 74. My thermostat isn't very accurate. I guess I will give that a try since I have no other choice rightnow 🙂.

The air the condensor fan was blowing out wasn't hot like normal but I figured that was just because the blower wasn't running. Don't know if that means anything.
 
Well its still doing the samething. Guess I will have figure out how to get the panels off and just hope there is something obviously wrong in there.
 
Its working again. One of the solder joints were a relay went through the blower circuit board had crack and or burnt through. I redid that and sofar its working again.
