Anybody know any really good people finder sites on the web?

Recently I was looking for an old friend from High School and I have exhausted all(it seems) the common web searches. I have even tried Knowx.com to no avail. It seems some people are just invisible..lol...Any suggestions to a site pay/free that they have had good luck with....thanx..

There are lots of places on the Web where you can look up addresses (both snailmail and email) and phone numbers, if you have a person's name and the state in which he or she lives. Whowhere.com, Switchboard.com, and 411.com are sites that I have used successfully. Several of my old high school buddies have found me through sites called Planetall.com and SixDegrees.com.

Calm down, how can somebody defame you when they have no idea who you really are? Yahoo also has some good search engines for finding people, just click on the people link.

It's partially free. (I didn't have to pay to find my old pals)
