I've been to ComboVideos.com and Speed Demos Archive.

there are many production quality 1.6 cs videos that are incredible. cs:s ones are coming out as well.

couple quick recommendations;
choul history x (aka cHx)
pubmasters
sk the lastest hits
anything from complexity
and the old school "frag or die"
