Anybody know about drums? I want to fix an old set and get started....

..and I think I need to replace all the drum heads. How much would it cost? Would it be worth it to replace them or just to buy another set?

drum heads are pretty cheap. go check out a local shop.

If y9u're just getting started, I'd go with something basic. It's been a while since I played but any music shop folks should be able to point you to some heads. I'm guestimating a simple tom head may run around $20.. at least they used to.

My cousin has some old drums that are just laying around, so I think I'm able to get them.

I check musiciansfriend.com and they run about 8-30 bux.
