Anybody know about Abit BP6 Socket 370 Dual Celeron stability problems with WinXP?

I posted the "Audio/visual club having probs" because my audio will sometimes start skipping which will sometimes lead to a crash, but most of the time I can still work just with no audio. I've reinstalled all drivers for video card an sound card, but no luck. I started thinking that it may be something going on with my motherboard and WinXP, because I remember someone saying that that it wasn't a good idea to run WinXP on my mobo. Anyway, I thought that may be the problem, but only speculation. If you have any idea, please reply.

My crucials are:
BP6 Socket 370 Dual 550 Celeron
640 mb of SDRAM (PC100)
IBM 15gig Ultra ATA
Soundblaster Live! Value
ATI 128 All-in-Wonder
