anybody know a program that organizes links?

I have over 600 links and I've been trying to find a good program with no luck. I would like a program that will check for working links, and a nice interface that would allow me to organize my links. Thanks in advance!

Just go to C:\WINDOWS\Favorites .
Drag and drop to your heart's content.
Alot easier than using the Favorites/Organize Favorites.

i'm not sure about organizing but www.pcmag.com had a proggy
called freshmarks that automatically updates all your favorites
and links. among its small additional features may be what you
are looking for. you'll need to register with the site before
you can download.
