You are talking about JL Audio correct? If, so they do not have any authorized Internet retailers. This means that they will not honor the warranty if a product is purchased online. I found this on their website.

Might want to try e-bay too, lots of Dutch auctions. Been checking out the 12w0 and 12w3 lately, they go for ~$100 and ~$150 respectively new. Add an another $15 for shipping. A lot of dealers also charge CA tax for shipping to CA.
