I've been waiting forever to find the materials I need, but all of a sudden, Evadman came out of nowhere and found me a place with just the right type of sonotube. Thing is, the minimum length is 8', whereas all you'd need at that diameter is 4'. I'm building mine with an Adire Tempest and Parts Express 250W plate amp, with a 6" port, tuned to 16.5hz (I'm almost duplicating PatMan's sonotube seen here).
I'm just looking for someone to split costs with, and I can offer assistance in any way that I can...I'm really hoping to have this done ASAP, now that I've found the sonotube. Only thing is, it's in Illinois, so it'd need to be shipped...unless someone happens to make round trips often, or knows of where to find sonotube around here. 🙂
