Hello,

I was wondering, if I already have a shell of a home standing, how much do contractors take per sq.ft. (or sq.m) in America to built this home to be ready for living ? (like wiring, plumbing and so on)

Amazon.com has a few books on this actually... I was curious about the same thing, on a lark.

First, you need to know something about how houses are built.
Talk to some people who have done this.
You always get several bids, and check references for satisfaction or complaints.
It's not as simple as you might think, and you have to deal with permits, assure compliance w/codes, etc
There are always problems, and you need to know how to solve them when they happen. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
 
Yep. Just watch HGTV or similar show to see the myriad of things you have to deal with when using contractors. The people on those shows are always amazed at what it takes to get the job done 🙂
