Anybody here work for Earthlink DSL Sales? I want to switch fromverizon to earthlink

I want to switch from verizon dsl to earthlink dsl. What are the steps I need to take. Also, how can I make sure my order will go through Covad (1.5mbs/384) instaead of verizon again. Thanks in advance
