Anybody here using Charter cable in the DFW area?

Just curious... my ex uses it, just recently started like a couple of months ago, and she's having a sh1tload of problem. First the @home crap that went on last week, and the router in her area was down, so she lost connection for 2-3 days. Now even her digital cable is down (which includes her internet connection). She's been out of an internet connection and digital cable for about a week. She's been calling them and bitching, but just wondering if anybody else in the area is having a problem as well?
