Anybody here use ShoppersAdvantage?

I joined shoppers advantage because they mailed me a $10 check, so when I went to cancel during the free trial period they said if I remained a member they would give me another month free and a $20 off any purchase rebate, so I said keep me signed up.

Well I got the $20 off in the mail the other day and found out the catch. First, it is a MIR so you have to spend the money first, but the main catch is that your membership has to be active while they process your rebate which can take 4-6 weeks. I dont' want to deal with this crap so I'm canceling my membership today but I still have this $20 off savings certificate that I'm willing to give away to the first person who PMs me with a mailing address.

Verbage from the savings certificate:
$20 off any purchase
Expires 12/31/06
Follow these 3 easy steps to get cash back:
1) Fill out this savings certificate form
2) Attach your original receipt for any purchase from Shoppers Advantage
3) Send the above materials to shoppers advantage

You may use your certificate on any single purchase. Cash back shall not exceed purchase price including shipping and handling. Your credit will be issued in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase. Membership must be active at time of purchase and rebate processing. Excludes all Proflowers.com, American Blinds, Wallpaper & More, Barewalls.com, Art for Less, PetFoodDirect, and Ashford.com purchases. Limited one-time offer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
