i just heard a song on the radio ("you're the one i want" by jets to brazil, if you're interested), couldn't find it on kazaa, but i found a link saying that i could get it from emusic. so i'm doing the 14 day trial, and i have to say, i'm pretty impressed. the selection isn't perfect, but it's better than i expected (hell, they have the aquabats...). for 10 bucks a month, unlimited downloads, i think it's a pretty good deal. the only thing is i wish there wasn't a 12 month committment. 120 bucks at once is a little much to swallow :eek: i'm thinking of sticking with this after my trial though...

not since I got my Nomand II for free for buying $50 worth of music (I never did downlaod it tho).

I thought about it but the MP3s are limited to 128Kbps which I don't like.

i did a free trial once...but i was like why would i pay money for this when napster has a better selection for free! (but of course now that napster is dead and the new ones suck i'd possibly consider it...hehe yeah right). i miss napster :(

haha yea i hear ya. i don't think i'd even consider this if napster was still around :(

this thing would be perfect if

a.) they had more songs/artists
b.) you didn't have to commit to 12 months to get the 10 buck price
