Anybody here upgraded their VAIO notebook S-series?

I am planning on doing some upgrades to my Sony VGN-S260 notebook, but I am having trouble finding out the information about the hardwares. Does my notebook use the 2.5 hard drive? ATA-5 or ATA-6? I would also like to upgrade the memory as well, but has anybody heard of Super Talent Memory?
 
Super Talent seems to be cheap stuff. I'd go with Corsair, if only for the lifetime warranty.
I don't know about the hard drive.
