I'm starting a job in January out in Lakewood ranch area and am looking for advice on good locations to rent...that are decently close to the beach. Looking to spend maybe $800 to 1200 on a one bedroom.
It's pretty expensive in the area even for Florida....Sarasota hasn't been hit in the housing crisis like other areas....even close by in Punta Gorda/ Fort Myers things are rock bottom.
