My company builds bridge cranes that are used in industrial applications. For every crane we build, we need to have our name prominently displayed, because we service these machines as well. In the past, we've gone to a sign company and bought these little pieces of sheet metal with our logo on them (looks like the logo is just vinyl cutout lettering).
Well, we spend a good deal of money on these things, and now we're researching the possibility of doing this in house.
These signs can be from around 6" x 12" to about 30" x 90".
Anybody know what type of printer we would need? I know that Encad makes a vinyl printer, but its like $13k. A little bit too much.
