Anybody here go to West Virginia University?

I am getting ready to move into my dorm for the first time and am wondering who provides the cable for the dorms. I am living in the Lyon Tower.. thanks.

i live 1.5 hrs north of there, near pittsburgh, and comcast is the big one around here, i would assume its them?

I don't think it's Comcast because I did a zip code on the Lyon Towers, and it says either Century Communications or Adelphia.

They actually don't have cable ... it's a box with a hole cut in it and there's a racoon running around inside. Then when people don't like what's on they burn it in the streets.

Charter, Adelphia, or Comcast would be my best bet. I live near Lewisburg, WV (across the state from WVU) and the main Cable TV/Internet provider is Charter. God help you 😛

Meh - if you're worried about the cable then stay home and go to community college. There are alot of better theings to do @ college then watch TV.
(never had a TV in my dorm room)

Morgantowns cable provider is Adelphia and they suck about 60% of the time. I live just a bit south in clarksburg

I don't know how other schools do it but here they have a few satelite dishes and basically are their own cable company.

Yeah the cable there is Adelphia... bunch of crooks.
