Anybody here ever open up a coffe shop or know someone who has?

all of your ie's depend on state, location, scale.
I assume any coffee shop would be the same as a restauruant which i had an uncle open...it requires inspection after, inspection, after fee, after fee, and finally when maybe you do get appored they will shut you down for not operating some wierd obscure 1805 ordinace that has to do with milking cows on a full moon...
so unless your franchising a starbucks...its not worth it 😛
