If I purchase a phone and cell phone plan through amazon, I will get the phone at a lower rate

If I decide to cancel the contract (within my cancellation period), will Amazon or the Service provider require me to return the phone to amazon?

or will Amazon or the Service provider require me to refund the difference in phone price to amazon? (or to the provider?)

depends on the service provider, AT&T does not
