From Fanball:
The NFL is expected to announce Friday that it will suspend Jamal Lewis, the league's leading rusher last year, for two games. Lewis pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of using a telephone to facilitate a drug-trafficking crime. The Baltimore Sun reports that because of NFL procedures, Lewis will be able to play Sunday night against the Redskins. The suspension will begin following the Ravens' bye week and cover the their October 24 game against Buffalo and October 31 game against Philadelphia.
So yes, the general thought is that he'll be available this week and then they'll see how many games he will miss after that.
