anybody have this problem with their monitor

it doesn't stretch all the way across the monitor, even when i put the horizontal stretch up to 100 it is still a good 1/2 inch from each side. the up and down is absolutely fine. anybody have this problem/know how to fix it?

Is there a 'Reset' button somewhere? Some monitors have one that just takes it bad to factory settings and gets rid of any funk that may be causing unhappyness.

try messing with the refresh rate, that can affect screen size.

your video card settings are probably altering your display, go into the advanced tab of display settings

it's done it with 2 different video cards on all resolutions with any refresh rate. :-/

no little buttons on the bottom of your monitor??? also, the ATI CCC has some feature to mess around with the display (though it doesn't seem to work very well)

edit: just read your post again... dang, that sucks. but like I said, the ATI CCC has some feature to adjust it, that MIGHT help... (assuming you have an ATI card)
