Anybody have the new vantec Aeroflow HSF?

I was thinking about getting this heatsink, but I wanted to know your opinions on how loud it is. i read its rated at 38dB, but with the TMD fan it says its not actually that loud. so can you guys tell me what the sound is comparable to? im upgrading from a 48dB golden gate 40 which is driving me crazy so im wondering if this is the replacement for me.
