Anybody have SWBell DSL service?

I just moved to a new area and will have to give up my cable service because it isn't offered here. I guess I will get DSL. What are your experiences with DSL and SWB's service?

How about nightmarish? I've got them through a discount through eTrade for about 35/month or free, depends on how much I trade/quarter. Only took 2 months to straighten out the billing with SWB, I'm pretty sure it's free now due to SWB's screwed up billing.

Just got service back after a 4 day loss (this is the 3rd or 4th time now). Had to threaten CS with postings all over the web about their crappy service before they'd do anything to get me back on line. Took 1 hour with an advanced tech for her to be able to prove it was SWB's problem.

When it's up & running these are typical results (DSL Reports bench this evening):

Your download speed : 1248401 bps, or 1248 kbps.
Browsers would show : about a 152.3 k/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 38350 bps, or 38 kbps.
Your upstream result was very slow! .. not good
Your connection rocks .. above the 1mbit barrier!

I have to admit my download speed is awesome when I'm up & running, but what's up with the upload? SWB is mediocre @ best in the polls of it's customers.
