man, they are so fricking cool looking that i gotta get me one

however, my friend says that they dent very easily. i can understand that -- the shell is aluminum.

do they dent easily and quickly with real world use? will the insulation pouches help? if so.. which pouch is best? (neoprene ... basic line nylon... texture line..progressive line)
 
Yeah. I used mine maybe 3 times on my bike (not even off-road) and it got lots of scratched and what not. If you drop them they will definitely dent. The bright side is they have absolutely no smell!
