Hi All,

I just exchanged my second ECS K7S5A Pro at Fry's for a second time. This is my third board now that I am trying. The first one I got had a bad DIMM slot. The second one I just exchanged either had a faulty bios or a bad IDE connector (When I turned it on, it just locked up and nothing showed up, not even the bios)

Has anybody else had problems with this board? They seem to be selling like hotcakes still at Fry's so I guess most of them have to be good.

Thanks for your input!

Well ... this thing is the best selling mainboard in the entire history of the PC so far, so I'm willing to bet you'll find people who have problems with it :)

Anyhow, two bad is rather very bad luck, or a bad reseller dishing returned stuff back out without checking - wouldn't be the first. I'd say change your source.
