anybody have any problems with lappies running hot after xp sp2?

Hi - I've noticed that since I installed SP2 on my Dell 600M the fan goes on fairly often - even though I never do anything that is CPU intensive.

Anybody else had similar problems? I'm kinda wondering if SP2 messed up the driver that lowers the clock speed of the P-M chip...
