heck, i'd hope not. I just purchased a 9800gx2 yesterday with high hopes to step it up to the gt280 early next month.....
There is ONE thing that has been a little snag in my happytimes so far.
Yesterday i tried to register the card using the UPC and S/N provided on the website. It gave me an error saying that the S/N was already used.... MUCH to my chagrin i could not figure it out and was actually forced to email their tech support department.
Thankfully their tech support was REALLY quick to reply to me. Things are in the process of getting resolved atm. If i wasn't at work, things would've been expediated. Anyways, wish me luck.
It's not a direct answer to your original question, but i guess it still borders along that, considering we're dealing with BFG Tech Support here.
