ANybody have any idea what's wrong with this

I have a radeon 9700 all in wonder with a remote wonder, but the remote wonder will no longer work. The problem is with a file called x10net.dll. Whenever i start up the program or windows i get an error msg with Rundll32.exe. I've tried reinstalling everythign and this problem won't go away
i've even tried replacing the x10net.dll file
