Anybody have any experience with this board?

I am looking into building a new computer that could best be described as a value/budget gaming rig. This board was recommended on Sharky Extreme in their guide for a budget gaming computer. I was curious if anyone had some hands on experience with it and if so could you give me your opinion on the board? I keep hearing different things about the PCI and AGP lock (I am interested in doing some mild OCing) on the VIA K8T800 chipset; has anyone had experience with this? Also I intend to have an SATA HD and heard that SATA is more susceptable to the lock issue with via. Also, feel free to recommend other motherboards in the same price/performance range.

The first revision of the K8T800 chipset doesn't support AGP/PCI/SATA lock, and I doubt MSI updated their K8T Neo to support this feature. If you plan to overclock I'd recommend the ABIT KV8 Pro or some nF3-250Gb motherboard (I would go with the KV8 Pro myself).

New question, similiar topic. Which of these two boards is "better" (looking to do mild OCing have an SATA HD and play a fair amount of games) or are they pretty much equal? MSI K8N Neo-FSR or ABIT KV8 Pro. These two are what I have been looking into lately, but feel free to recommend any other boards in the same price/performance range as well.

I don't like the MSI K8N Neo, it has a few annoying bugs when overclocking (SATA corruption, USB stops working), it's very picky about memory and I don't like the 2-phase power regulator.

The ABIT KV8 Pro is a much better option in my opinion, in that price range.
