Going on 9 weeks since I sent in my defective sub for repair. They apparently ship the sub from the local store to their warehouse, which the warehouse tests and fixes the sub if possible. In my case, they had to order a replacement from Paradigm. So they ordered the replacement unit, and they received it at the warehouse and that sub is defective. No problem, I?m pretty cool as stuff does happen.

Now sub number two that they ordered comes back to the warehouse last week, and guess what, that sub is the wrong model so they have to order another subwoofer. The order for the other subwoofer has been placed and should be here by next week (i'm not holding my breath). This will make it a total of 10 weeks (next week) since the day I brought the unit in to the store for repair. They quoted me 6-8 weeks and I was fine with that, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

I'm not sure what I can do about this situation. I went to the store one day, I complained to the manager and he did nothing for me. They never call me back with updates. I called their corporate offices and left a voicemail for two of their top people, and have not received a callback yet.

What do you guys think I can do to resolve this situation promptly? I am at my wits end with their lack of service.
