Anybody have an opinion ECS AG315T-64

I am interested in purchasing the ECS AG315T-64 for a budget system which probably will have no gaming software, mainly web browsing, word processing, nothing taxing. I would like to install it on an ECS K7S5A motherboard with probably an 800 MHz Duron to keep the price down. Just wondered if there are any major problems with this video card and setup that someone might know just to give me a heads up before I build this system? Thanks.

I assume you've read all the reviews...i just bought one for $40 today for my POS system i built back up from junk. It works great...but I'm using it with windows ME...a P2 350MHz proc...a no name 440bx mobo and generic 128mb of ram. No problems so far...pretty happy with it!
