I have an Optiquest V95 which is an older viewsonic tube it does 1600x1200@75 (not flat crt though, regular curved surface) And I have been Using it for several years with no problems .. Im very happy with it (I bought it back in the day when $400 for a 19inch was a hot deal .. heh)

I have a KDS XF-9E and a Phillips 109B40. both 19in FLAT CRT's/ The KDS is superior to many other monitors i haver seen. including sonys and viewsonics. it does 1600x1200 @ 75Hz flawlessly. and it only cost me 180$ at walmart. The phillips is nice but teh KDS is better. the phillips also does 1600x1200 @ 75Hz but isnt as sharp as teh KDS and it dosent do black correctly.

I'm very happy with the G790 that I bought back in '98, and have no plans to replace for years to come..

I have one, and I don't like it very much. The quality is so-so, and at times things just didn't look sharp. IT couldn't do 1280x1024 at high refresh rates, although I could push it beyond what viewsonic says it can do. Not to mention I haven't recieved my rebate from viewsonic and it's been 5 months already. It was replaced with a Dell FP1800, and I'm MUCH happier too :D

i have an a90f..

it's.. ok.. nothing special, but i liked it better than a samsung 955df that was raved about awhile aback.. its no sony..

ive had 2 and one had a high pitch sound when the monitor is in power save, plus the picture would fade in and out like theres a power problem, so i rma'd it.. new one has a very slight quit high pitch sound that doesnt really bother me.. it also does the fade in and out so it may be my house..

its ok though.. but after having that dell ultrasharp 19" lcd at work i hate this monitor :)

1) The refresh rates suck.
2) The picture would "jitter" sometimes. kinda vibrate really quickly a little bit.
3) Makes a high pitched squealing noise when it's turned off and plugged in.
4) After about 9 months, it went flaky and the picture started intermittently turning yellow.

Interesting. Never realized there was a problem with these. Mine does 85Hz at 1280*960, which is fine for me, and I've never had any picture or noise issues after almost 2 years.
