Try cafepress. Or else you'd just need to get an inkjet and some iron-on tee-shirt transfers.

i would also suggest cafepress.com they offer a fair amount of products, and its free, made to order (no setup fee!!)

actually you could set it up so that the checks from proceeds would go directly to his lawyers if you wanted too.

You can also print t-shirts from your computer, all you need is iron on transfer sheets for a inkjet or bubble jet print, not sure if they have sheets for lazer printers.

seriously check out cafepress, ive had an account with them for 6 months, the quality is great, ive propably washed the shirt from them 30 times, and fade is nil. they also sell other stuff, hats, mousepads (if only they were ratpadz.) babydoll t-shirts (hmm im already looking at her chest, why not put advertisement there....😀 )and a bunch of other stuff.
