anybody have a plugin for Photoshop that "fades" pictures?

i'm trying to fade a picture into a white background, but eyecandy, power tools, and xenofex cant do it. anybody know how else i can fade a picture into a white background?

I don't get what you mean by fade. But perhaps, put the picture on a new layer, and lower the layer opacity?

If you seriously want to use photoshop, give up the on the plugins crap. Photoshop has everything built-in you need to use, You just need to learn the basics. Plugins are useless.
