Anybody have a number for an upper level of MSN tech support?

Ok, I've gone through hell with the whole Qwest/MSN DSL thingamabob. Anybody have a direct line up to Tier 2 or 3 (possibly called the "Escalation Team")?

After 80-100 calls to the first tier trying to get some info, I get a bit tired of "humoring the monkeys"

Would LOVE to make some sort of personal contact with em if at all possible. 6 weeks of hell has given me 10 days of actual connect time. I could even put an email together with my info and relay it to them from ya.

I know quite a few of them as well, 10-15 at least. They have MSN/Qwest DSL in the building I work in and I'm friends with quite a few of them. I will see if I can get you some contacts. Set up one of those emails for me and I'll see what I can do as well.
