In my extremely non-professional opinion, make sure you get enough fiber. The juicers I've seen just discard it. You're getting nutrients and lots of sugar, but little roughage.
Well, the real reason I'm looking into one is because I just came back from a family function, during which it was stressed that high cholesterol runs in my family. I'm only 22 but it seems inevitable-- and my horribly imbalanced diet is probably not helping.
