Anybody have a handheld GPS?

Ive got a Garmin GPS12 and Im Looking for ideas. Where do you use yours, how, why and so on.

Garmin 12XL, used often, prefer Garmin over Magellan.
Many uses, depends on what you want to use it for TBM

I have a garmin12 too. I use it when I'm out collecting plants (I'm a botanist and I need to label the specimens with lat.long). It is also good to have when I want to find places where people have been collecting before. If I'm away in the wilderness with few landmarks, I usually take a waypoint where I park the car, so I can find my way back if I would get lost.

Buddy of mine in Oklahoma has one. He used it to get lost when driving to my house in Atlanta.

I don't have one yet I've been thinking about it in order to
give Geocaching a try. This sounds like fun and I'm out in the mountains most weekends anyways.
