Anybody have a good recommendation for a professional resume?

I just quit my job in this very high unemployment time.....need to stand out with a good resume. I've only seen one place e-resumes.com that offers this service on the net. Does anyone have any recommendation and possibly experience with a professional resume builder? I really need a job soon...

Oh yeah, and if I can have it done below $100 would be nice too.
