Boxed pancake batter + blueberry = Blueberry pancakes.

Follow the box instructions. Easier then scrambled eggs.

I knew someone was gonna post this. I like the Aunt Jemimas "add water" mix. It is quite good, and easy.

i add some sugar to the batter, and a touch of vanilla.

Well, that's pretty much it. Make pancakes as usual. When you pour it on the griddle, throw some blueberries in it.
I have a recipe for an awesome blueberry sauce, but it's pretty much a family secret.

Make your normal pancake batter + 1 tsp vanilla extract (assuming you make enough for 14 pancakes).

In a separate bowl, combine 1 pt. blueberries with 1/4 cup lemon juice. GENTLY stir in powered sugar until it makes a nice glaze. Add it to the batter and cook. Add a little extra cooking time so the berries warm up (they're tart until heated).

Viola! If you're adventurous, you can add some nutmeg (that'll give it a pie taste).

i make pancakes just about every saturday morning.

this is the best i have found so far.

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoon sugar

mix dry ingrediants

add

2 slightly beaten eggs
3 cups butter milk
1/4 stick melted butter

stir til just a few lumps remain. add blueberries (optional).

edit blueberries keep about a week. they might get a bit fuzzy, just pick out the bad ones.
